Folks I have just listened to an interview by a guy who was the president of what was called "The Curry Club", a group of folks who enjoyed Curry's.

He said the best drink to have with a Curry is Apple Cider as it cleans the palette.

Now we normally would only have cider in summer on stinker days.

Any one else enjoy a cider.

I have been known to have the odd drop..if it makes you wobble then I have drank it at sometime.

I buy it by the case- Strongbow Draught is my poison.(love Mercury but a bit hard to find up here)
Not only does it clean the palette it also cleans the bowels. Great drink.

Love a Strongbow Dry myself Skip......drank nothing else for a few years ......still rather partial to one now and again ;D
