Felt like a curry in the CO so bought a packet of this - just follow the destructions - I added an extra table spoon of hot curry powder - bloody yummo and oooh! so easy. Just need a bit of fluffy rice and away ya go...Gr8 for cold nights..

All good Chefs use 'cheats' like this.....................
What brand? Where can buy it? Coles/Woolies?
A Chef I worked with once used to add packets of Pumpkin instant soup mix to mashed Pumpkin, with some cream! Yes, Chefs cheat!
