Adjust quantities to your own requirements;
Mix together;
500g diced chicken
2 or 3 t'sps curry powder
1 jar mango chutney(other chutneys r nice too)
1 onion halved and sliced thinly
2 lge carrots sliced
2 or 3 potatoes cut into lge dice
1/4 cauliflower cut into florets
approx; 1 cup chicken stock
mix thoroughly then bake for approx;1hour or till cooked through,thicken with cornflour if required. [smiley=chef.gif]

Looks like a very easy recipe and my tastes tell me those flavours would go well together.
