Don't know if this is the right place for this recipe?

Rum Punch

It goes with a little ditty.

One sour
two sweet
3 strong and
four weak..

250mls of freshly squeezed lemon juice..
dissolve 500 grams of white sugar into it,
Mix 750mls of Bundy rum with it
then add 1 litre of crushed ice with it.

Sip it slowly...don't drink it like an iced tea.. It will take your head off.
Creeps up very slowly on you.

Very nice indeed. Not exactly for diabetics. :-/

Sounds positively dangerous Aart.... :-/ I think Ill steer clear of that one.
