Title: Skippy, what is it skip???

Oh, OK, your brother is now seared to perfection and being accompanied by red wine and cranberry sauce with parsnip/potato/pear mash and asparagus.

Went to a friends place last night to be served this.. Gee it worked well.  The sweetness of the pear and parsnip, along with the sharpness of the cranberry in the jus/gravy was just bloody fabulous.  I shall get the whole recipe and post it up
