Folks cooked this a couple of weeks ago, just been to lazy to post pictures. I have some of the finished product but the pictures are not good enough to post.

Pitty you didnt have the end result Michael, the ingredients read and look great, wonderful looking hocks. Do the pears disintergrate?

Carolyn this is the only decent picture, but doesnt show much, the pears half disintegrated, which introduced some wonderful sweetness, the other half if taken out delicately was lovely eaten with the meal off the plate, we also did fresh bread rolls using the pizza base recipe, but as can be seen they were inhaled.
