Title: Chicken Biyrani
Post by Michaelb on Dec 7th, 2009 at 4:57pm
Folks finally got some time to have a cook (basketball is finished till late January).

Did a chicken biryani, wont got into the ingredients, but cook up heaps of onions, cook up spicy rice, cook up a curry, then layer the rice onions and curry in the CIO and bake again for an hour.

I like the camp oven mate. and also the oven lid ballerina

Good one Michael, top feed. The COM makes life a lot easier, when traveling and staying at camp grounds and Caravan parks one can press the CO into top gear for a lot more use.
