Title: Chicken Biyrani Post by Michaelb on Dec 7th, 2009 at 4:57pm
Folks finally got some time to have a cook (basketball is finished till late January).
Did a chicken biryani, wont got into the ingredients, but cook up heaps of onions, cook up spicy rice, cook up a curry, then layer the rice onions and curry in the CIO and bake again for an hour. I like the camp oven mate. and also the oven lid ballerina 1_001.JPG (141 KB | ) 2.JPG (120 KB | ) 3.JPG (136 KB | ) 4_001.JPG (142 KB | ) 5_001.JPG (126 KB | ) 6_001.JPG (147 KB | ) |

Good one Michael, top feed. The COM makes life a lot easier, when traveling and staying at camp grounds and Caravan parks one can press the CO into top gear for a lot more use.
