Title: Roast beef & veges, and Choc self saucing pud Post by VicStar on Jan 10th, 2010 at 4:14pm
As promised here are some pictures of my successful roast beef and veges which I cooked at our camping trip to Booloumba creek last week. I was lucky to get a night without rain so that I could get a decent fire going!
Yes, the photo with the woman in the pink top is yours truly! And for the die-hard pudding fans, I also made a chocolate self saucing pudding - first time ever! And it was very successful! I will show those photos in the next post. And now the pudding served up. It is difficult to take a photo of a chocolate pudding in a black CO at night - my husband reckons it looked like pooh! But he was the one to rave about it the most and to eat the left over scrapings at the end! Haha!

Actually, I think you are referring to the one where you can see the main meal is cooked and the small oven is on the coals - the main was cooked in a 10" and the small one is an 8" - the big log was moved not long after this photo was taken. :) |
