And this is what we had the next night - steak and onions cooked on a CI griddle (it is meant to go over a 3-burner stove). The smokey flavour of the wood fire went into the meat and the onions and was very very tastey!!! We had it with a salad, and once I took the onions off I also quickly browned up some chunky slices of tomato and pineapple rings. YUM!
