I forgot to put this here earlier today...
In case you havent noticed Aldi have Reusable Cooker Liner (250mmx1000mm, safe to up to 230C) $2.49 this week 22/7. I got a few packets as at this price worth cutting up to have premade liners for favourite cake tins etc.
I have a couple of the usual price ones from cooking shops and find them really good. They also have toasted sandwhich pockets made of the same stuff. From the look of them I think they are to put in an ordinary toaster to stop the contents dropping out into the bottom of your toaster. Didnt get any of those - was too intent on getting the cookie sheets.
I notice that it is recommended to use nonstick bread tins if you make the no knead in a tin, so I will try with lining mine as they aren't non stick tins. If the lining lives up to its claims then it should take the heat OK.
