A shovel i made up to get coals out of the fire, you give it a bit of a tap and the ash falls through leaving coals.

That would really heat the bottoms up when placing just coals under the camp-chairs  ;D ;D ;D

I know a bloke who will make one of those in a flash if smokey dave shows him a pic this weekend  ;) "gadget man old boots"

ps..your holes are crooked  ;D ;D ;D

any more camping/cooking gadgets to share ??

Ive got a feeling another bloke on the forum might already hold the patent on drilling holes in shovels ;D  He was handing them out as gifts a year or so ago.
Having said that they are a good idea and work well.
