I made this a half quantity as the one I made at Thora was too big for my camp oven.  I have been sent a dried sourdough starter called "Herman" from Tennessee and have used that in place of normal yeast.  I also added a bit more liquid and used the no knead process.  Its a tasty recipe and I thank The Dukes Dutch Oven Cooking Team for sharing their recipe with me.
