i ordered a 12" lodge from amazon early november, when it hadn't been delivered to me by the end of november i contacted amazon and they gave me a full refund and said they were sorry for the delay and advised me if the oven didn't arrive by mid dec they would send me another one for free. my original order was delivered today (so i got a 12" lodge for nothing) [smiley=cheers2.gif]

Well done Jack. I ordered a book as a present for a friend and it never arrived. They immediately sent a second one priority mail which arrived safely in the 8-10 days.
