hi wondering does ant body have a good recipe for oxtail soup or stew
Reason i called at a farm butcher today and he gave me some home made sausages and an oxtail

Google it, there are heaps of recipes, it would have to be one of my favorite soups rich and very flavorsome, some of the old British recipes are outstanding. Can be a little fiddly to cook but well worth the effort.

Thanks have goggled it there are heaps Manley for ovens just thought there may have been a good one for a camp oven
