Title: Found a few Camp Ovens
Post by Chally on May 24th, 2012 at 5:16pm
My wife and I recently did a couple week trip with the caravan. We went down the New England as far as Tamworth and then back up the Coast. I looked in quite a few 2nd Hand and Antique shops for camp ovens and finally found these and was rather excited until I was told the prices. I don't really know what these ovens are worth but the prices seemed high to me although ebay prices seem even higher.

The 10" Albion and the three 12" Metters were $250.00 each and the 14" Metters was $300.00. The 10" Albion on the top left had a hole rusted in the lid.

Anyway I left them there. If anyone is interested they were in the Dorrigo Antique shop.
