Title: Beardy Creek - Heritage Park Post by Derek on Jul 28th, 2012 at 12:02pm
Beardy Creek is approximately 8 kilomteres north of Glen Inness on the New England Highway.
It is a free camp with a forty eight hour maximum stay. One unisex long drop toilet and two shelter sheds. Plenty of room with approximately 3 acres of useable space. No water. Several damaged fireplace/barbecues. Fires permitted Suitable for large vans. Dogs allowed. Beardy Creek is a general trout stream for fishing. Beware of closed fishing seasons. Can get cold in winter. Enjoyable stay but starting to get run down. IMG_1546.JPG (119 KB | ) IMG_1537.JPG (233 KB | ) IMG_1531.JPG (215 KB | ) IMG_1536.JPG (185 KB | ) IMG_1553_002.JPG (136 KB | ) |
