real easy and quick one i've just made in Sweden

[list bull-blueball]
  • puff pastry*
  • spinach*
  • Eggs
  • Cheese (eg mozerella)
  • Unions
  • Garlic
  • pepper, salt, curry powder, tobasco, basil

    How much of each depends upon the size of DO and your taste.
    the * items can be bought frozen, but defrost before usage.

    And if you're not vegetarian you might add
    [list bull-redball]
  • Diced ham
  • or dices salami


    Light up your briquettes. Then line the DO with the puff pastry. Cut the onions, garlic and cheese. Mix with the eggs and the spices and herbs. Pour the mix in the DO and fold the puff pastry inward. Close your DO and start baking.


    In the end it might come out like this

    Nice easy one for when the sun is setting and you need to make dinner in a hurry, or in the morning for a quick brekky before heading off sightseeing for the day.   Yummo!
