I use an old plastic truck mudguard at home.
Need something for the campervan - any recommendations?

Southern metal spinners SA do a slide together windbreak........all my kids now have one.....good value and lay flat for storage

I use the SMS Windbreak all the time now. Great little product. $25 plus postage from SMS. I have seen them in some camping shops.

I had been looking at eBay listings in China and USA, have decided to buy one from SMS.
Will check the camping shops in Griffith NSW today and if I dont find one will order direct from the SMS website.

My kids use them as windbreaks around their portable gas stoves .the ones that have disposable gas cans..when they go for a picnic to heat water etc..I do same

Same here Dave. Have a bag fo my portable stove and it fits in a sleeve in it :)

Could not find in the Griffith camping shops although one had SMS products, so placed an order direct for mail to me in Griffith NSW.
Not cheap but I dont mind that for Aussie products.
However I did find a Biji-Barbi in two camping shops.............tempting!

The AUSSIE WINDBREAK arrived from SMS late today.
Quick dispatch!
Is bigger and heavier than expected.
Good the way you can make two shapes.
Needs some oil in the slots for ease of assembly, will fix that tomorrow.
Glad I did not buy cheap Chinese! ;)
Just need a decent bag to keep it in, so that is the next project. Sure is busy being retired!
Downside is, I did go back to buy the large Biji-Barbi ;D

Look'n good Dave........went for a 435klm sunday drive today......used ours for wind break....I'm lucky......I guess....I have a picnic case with plates cups etc......the little stove fits perfectly in it with a kettle...and the windbreak still in its plastic bag fits in the case too
