Title: Wives! Post by Kingsthorpe David on Nov 16th, 2012 at 3:12pm
My 5" Commemorative edition Camp Chef Dutch Oven arrived last Friday. 1 pint or 3/4 quart.
Marked "100 YEARS OF NATIONAL PARKS". Kindly sent by Cee Dub himself. See: http://www.ceedubs.com/dutch-ovens-cast-irons/cast-iron-dutch-ovens/one-pint-5-dutch-oven.html To me it is: - a rare pot - a pretty pot - a good investment - a valuable addition to my collection of mini camp ovens - a functional pot for sauces, vegies & gravy On first sight Beryl said: "YOU GOT TO STOP BUYING THESE"........ ::) :-[ :o :( >:( Just wanted to share this. No other comment. I did hear of a chap who had a collection of barbecues & smokers, his wife threatened to take an axe to them if he bought another. Mars and Venus??? ::) KD |

Go to the first post in this thread, then go to Cee Dub's website, then go to Contact Us, then send Cee Dub a nice note asking if he can send you one. See: http://www.ceedubs.com/contact_us.htm These pots are marketed by Camp Chef, Cee Dub places orders with them to be "drop shipped", but Camp Chef will not send overseas. Hope you can follow that. You need a third party in the US to mail to Australia, Cee Dub in this case. Regards to all. KD - Yamba NSW :) |

Bought some fresh oysters and snapper off a floating fish shop this morning [smiley=chef.gif] We also had a run to Maclean last night and they have Tartan telegraph poles ;D DO give me a call if you are down this way Derek. Hope they were local oysters. The local oysters from down that way are fantastic. That boat shop is a great place for fresh seafood. Maclean has a great Scottish history. The tartan painted poles have been there as long as I can remember. There is an amazing museum there as well as at Yamba. Check out the local fish and chips in Yamba for $5. Fresh caught local fish. |

You are leaving a trail of clues for me Derek ;D
Discovered the $5 fish & chips today at the Seafood Market Cooperative - brought home some local Mullet. I just love this place :) We NEED a Yamba/Maclean COG............... KD |

Mullet and chips is one of my favourites. Not every ones taste but I love it.
Half way between Maclean and Yamba is a place called Palmers Island. Follow the signs and you will come across a couple of prawn farms. Good tucka. ;D ;D ;D Don't know about a COG but I hope to be living there by this time next year :) |

Hard to get real haddock these days. Most of it is south African cod.
