A mate of mine bought this pot along with 3 cast iron frying pans for $10 total at a Toowoomba flea market.
Anybody got any ideas what this is?
A casserole dish? But what make? Anything special? There are no marks or brands.

I think I tripped over something like that at Thingz yesterday when I bought my cake dome.
Didn't pay much attention at the time ... oh, no, they had screw holes cast into the lids with umm... something shaped like a cupboard or drawer ] handle screwed on.

Is that a bakelite handle? Screw on?
