Recently heading north from Shepparton we crossed the border at Cobram and heading east found many places to access the river. We were lucky and found a beaut sandy beach at Boomanoomana State Forest. No facilities, no people either, intended to stay the night only but stayed several.

It sure is a lovely place to spend a few nights in solitude.
The Mighty River Murray is a majestic old girl,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,
