Just looking for a good curry recipe and came across this, Ive used gee in most of my curries for years but didn't know a lot of these facts.

I use QBB Ghee a lot for Indian/Asian dishes.
Clarified butter it is.

Have a jar in the fridge all the time. We love Indian food and ghee is an essential ingredient.
