Have you tried Weston Milling's Dark Rye bread mix? It is over 20% Rye
Not sure if you can get it in small bags or just the 12kg one though...

Thanks LG. That's what I'm after. I made some Sour Dough bread from a bread mix yesterday and it tasted real good. Probably taste even better if I had cooked it in a camp oven.

Found what I was after here in SA.

I did a test run in my bread maker and it's tops.
I will do one in the camp oven later and post the photos up.
