Title: Ispod Peke - Baking
Post by Derek on May 8th, 2013 at 7:51pm
Following on from Astro's other post. "Ispod peke" is Croatian that translates simply into "Baked"

The video below is amazing.  I would just love to have the recipes for these dishes as they all look amazing.

They are available in Forest Lake Brisbane.
The same as Astro has.
So you could have one at your table!

My mouth was watering watching that!

I am so looking forward to see what astro does with his in the coming days/weeks/months/years   :)

I'm thinking... No reason we can't transfer those meals to an aussie camp oven... but it would need to be upside down and then just bury it in coals!
Pity we don't have the actual recipes isn't it.

I have the actual recipes that came in the manual/cookbook that came with my Sak-Peka 56 today.
Trouble is it is all in Croatian or something.  But the photos give the general idea.
