Title: Yarramalong Campground - Aratula
Post by Derek on May 17th, 2013 at 9:55pm
Recently spent 5 nights at this camp ground.

Hot showers and flush toilets.  Would give then a 6 out of 10 as been let run down but plenty of hot water.  Tank water for drinking.

Camp sites are not defined however fireplaces are so it's a simple matter to pick an area.

Two kilometre rough dirt road to get in but managed to tow the caravan in with ease but taking it slow.

Creek nearby where people were catching yellowbelly, silver perch and catfish of legal size.

$10 a night per adult $5 for kids.  A little pricy but a very serene place.

6 ??

12 out of 10 if you was in my state.

Legal fish in the creek. Sounds like heaven to me  :) :)

6 out of 10 for the amenities block only.  The rest was fantastic and we will be back one day.  Maybe even for the Regional/National COG as it's only 50 minutes south west of the city.

If that is Reynolds Creek, I've never caught a thing out of it. Well not from the Gorge Camping ground on the opposite side of the creek.

Have that in the caravan all the time so guess I am always glamping.  ;D ;D ;D ;D

Nice to use someone else's though and save drinking water and not having to empty the toilet cassette.  :P

Fairly pricy but it looks a nice place alright.
