Title: Windmill Caravan Park - Hervey Bay Post by Derek on Jun 6th, 2013 at 10:32am
Currently sitting in the Windmill Caravan Park at Hervey Bay, Queensland for a week (could be longer) - http://www.windmillpark.com.au/
Nice quiet park. Very friendly people. Great clean amenities. $185.00 for the week (Off-season). Pet friendly. This park was originally set up just over 60 years ago when Hervey Bay was a very small fishing village. Has been very nicely modernised and well worth a visit. |

You are in a nice part of the world there Derek. I hope you get some good sunshine while you are there.

Well the forecast isn't real good for the next few days however being retired if it fines up later we can just stay.
I have been coming here since the early 70's and love the place. Great holiday location but don't think I could live here. :-? |

Yeah Rick we live in Maryborough and Derek most likely drove past within metres of our front door. We wouldn't have been home as we just got back from a week away with the caravan. We are now baby sitting our three granddaughters for a couple of days so won't be going out and about much. ;D
