INGREDIENTS
1 cup self-raising flour Pinch Salt 3/4 cup castor sugar 1/2 cup milk 60 g melted butter 100 g dark chocolate 1/2 cup brown sugar 1 tablespoon cocoa 1 cup hot strong coffee METHOD Mix together flour, salt and castor sugar. In a separate bowl mix together cocoa and brown sugar. Place butter broken up chocolate and milk in a small camp oven and heat until butter and chocolate are melted then pour over the flour mix and beat until you have a smooth batter and pour into a greased camp oven. Sprinkle over the combined cocoa and brown sugar. Pour over coffee. (I used three shots of espresso) Place on heat and cook for around 45 minutes or until top springs back when pressed. mocha.JPG (128 KB | ) |

Tim
I used an eight inch but will use a ten next time. It rose up, hot the lid and then sank so does need a larger oven that that one. |
