1kg course beef mince
1-1 1/2 medium sized onions
2 cloves of garlic
Salt and Pepper to taste      _________

fry onions and garlic till golden brown, then add mince cook until seared. Then add
1 tin of Tomato soup
1 tin of diced tomato's
2-3 tablespoons of Tomato paste
Simmer for 2 hours
While simmering add
4 bay leaves
A dash of cinnamon - go easy
tea spoon of
Basil
mixed herbs
coriander
chili to taste, I normally use 2.
Parsley
Oregano
