This isn't an official rest area however we saw a few motorhomes so we pulled in for a look.
It is a park next door to a shop that sells all sorts of things including takeaway and grog. There is a toilet block in the park
Shop said it was fine to stop. Everyone bought something and we had fish n chips.
No internet or phone.
Worth a stop if travelling through as we did.
