I have ordered a 95 litre grey water tank for the van.
On our last trip we found far more camp grounds and overnight stays where all waste needed to be collected and not let run on the ground. Going to buy a new 4X4 wagon shortly (Christmas present) and it will not be a ute like we now have so going to have to relocate the generator and chain saw and fuel for both as well as spare diesel for the heater so have aluminium boxes ordered as well. One for the a frame for the fuel and chain saw and one for the generator to go on the back. Progressive photos coming as work proceeds. |

Since you are adding quite a bit of weight to your van Derek make sure you check its loaded weight. It is very easy to go over the ATM as the manufacturers tend to give the van a Tare weight before they add stuff such as gas cylinders and spare wheels etc and therefore it doesn't take much to go overweight.
We recently had the ATM raised on our van to keep us legal. Besides the fact you can get booked for being over weight, the insurance companies could use it as a means of not paying if you were to have an accident. Jeff |

Thought you would onto it mate but it doesn't hurt to put the information out there in this type of thread. It might just help someone else. Jeff |
