Ingredients
dash of cooking oil
1 cup beef stock
1 cup wine
plus what you see in the pictures
Dice / slice the vegetables to a uniform size while warming up the camp oven
Saute the vegetables and flavourings
Then add the meat and liquids
Bring to the boil then simmer for a couple of hours til the meat falls off the bone
Plate up and enjoy!
