I was going to say "Nice flower pot" in my first post. ;D
The cement should come off without to much trouble. If it does prove to be a problem you cant go past one of these for removing stubborn stuff. I usually buy them at panel beating supply places, they don't fall apart like other wire brushes and will rip through most things. SBB |
