Heat Beads have just released more new product with smoking chips.  I have never been a big one on smoking food although some of my burnt offerings have been quite 'smoked' at times.  ;D  I do like smoked fish however and have a stainless steel smoker from Southern Metal Spinners.

The chips come in three flavours - hickory, apple & mesquite.  Currently available in all flavours at BCF and Hickory only at Woolworths.

That's handy. Been planning on making myself a smoker from some of the junk in the bush around here, and there's a new BCF just opened in Kalgoorlie! Guess where I'm dropping into on next months shopping trip...

Will definitely be giving these a go Derek I use smoke chips a fair bit in the Weber and also camp ovens I may even enter one of my Strasburgs smoked in a camp oven you may recall me trying this I got the idea from this very forum
