Title: Simple Chicken Vindaloo Curry
Post by Derek on Oct 31st, 2016 at 7:21pm
Pulled out the Kingaroy Choofer today and cooked a simple but very nice chicken vindaloo curry.

Ingredients
1 kilo chicken thighes
1 can diced tomato
1 cup chicken stock
2 chopped onions
1/3 can PATAKS Hot Vindaloo Curry Paste

Method
Preheated the choofer with around a dozen Heat Beads.

Diced the chicken into large bite size pieces and put all the ingredients in the camp oven and simmered for 1 and 1/2 hours.

Served with Basmati Rice.

Mouth is watering!

I wonder if a yank in Minnesota can buy one of these?
