I am no expert when it comes to old camp ovens but aren't those legs typical Metters and haven't I seen Metters with a number on the side of the base?

Where is the 12 on it Dave???

The legs are too splayed out for a Metters base.
Also Metters bases if marked are marked half way up the side of the pot.
The one I have is marked "Metters 12 Inch"

My guess is its just one of the many types of unbranded 12 inch ovens out there.
Could be of English , Scottish or Aussie origin.
I would be pretty certain that the original lid for that oven would have been of the high domed type...not the flatter sort like Metters have.

Whats it worth ?
As is not much, find a nice lid that fits it and you have a keeper or about $80-$100 in your pocket.

It does seem to have longish legs, it could be a Carron.
Does the oven look a little deeper than normal ?
Do the side walls of the oven look a little more vertical than most ovens ?

There are as many ways as there are camp ovens I think Dave.  All seem to work for different people.
