Ingredients
Diced lamb
Diced carrot
Quartered mushrooms
Beef and Red wine casserole recipe base

Method
Preheat small camp oven. Throw in the lamb and cook until browned. Put the mushrooms in and cook until softened. Put the carrots and recipe base in, mix thoroughly. I put 5 heat beads under and 8 or 9 on top and let simmer for an hour, topping up with a bit of water a couple of times. Served with mashed potato and some damper my daughter made
