Mushroom And Scallop Stack

My four ingredients are:
6 Swiss Brown Mushrooms
6 Sea Scallops - sliced in half
6 Pieces Streaky Bacon
6 Slices Black Pudding



Using the lid off a 12 inch camp oven and Heat Beads I cooked the bacon and black pudding to get some fat going.

Then added the mushrooms and cooked them both sides



Last onto the heat were the scallops.  These were cooked about a minute and a half each side.



I created the stacks with a slice of black pudding on the bottom followed by a scallop, then a piece of bacon, then a mushroom, then another piece of bacon then a scallop.  All held together by a toothpick.



Served with a fresh salad

Looks great Derek. Ive never tried black pudding but I'm open for trying anything once.
