Beef Stroganoff
500 grams beef strips Punnet Swiss brown mushrooms 3 tblsp sour cream 1 pkt Stroganoff seasoning Brown the beef with olive oil in a hot CO Remove the beef and sautee the mushrooms Add seasoning and 300mls water. Return the beef to the CO. Allow ro simmer for about 20 minutes. Remove from heat and stir through the sour crea. Serve with a bed of egg noodles |
