Beef and Red Wine Casserole.

500 grams diced beef
100 grams sliced mushrooms
200 mls red wine
Packet of Beef and Red mix.

Brown the beef in a 8 inch CO
Add the mushroom and saiutee.
Add the packet mix and wine.
Simmer on a low hear for about 60 mins till tender.

Serve with your choice of veges.
