Ingredients
Chuck steak A few bacon strips 2 onions Carrots 1 capsicum Garlic Chilli powder Ground cumin seed Can of diced tomatoes Juice of 2 or 3 limes An ounce of milk chocolate A litre of stock (beef or veg) Tortilla chips Salt and pepper Method Dice up the meats and brown in a hot CO. Add the diced onion, garlic, chilli, cumin and cook for a few minutes. Add tomatoes, lime juice, chocolate, broken up tortilla chips and the stock. Mix together and simmer for a couple of hours. Once it starts to thicken, add the diced carrots and capsicum. Cook for a further 15 minutes or so.
