Cooked a chook for dinner tonight and while I was getting the stuffing ready the bride suggested I crumb the left over sweet damper from last week (waste not want not) so I did, plus onion and sage....mmm, wasn't bad.

I like a sweet stuffing myself. Couscous, cumin and sultana is a big favourite.
