Anyone ever made bacon jam or tasted it?? Watching a cooking show on TV tonight and a guy was using it as an accompaniment to scotch eggs.

Do a google search for the recipe. Looks good

Never tasted or seen it , but have heard about it many times and all I hear sounds very good.
Best you knock out a batch Boss and report back.
