Thanks Robert. Considering the growth in the area of smoking foods this is a great idea to have sections on the forum dedicated to it.

Have started two new Boards.  This one for discussion on methods and gear and another one for recipes

I will have a scout around and move some of the old posts on smoking into them later.  If you have posted up about smoking in the past let me know as might save me a lot of time searching.
