Leaving first thing in the morning for the camp oven cooking comp at Nymboida, Saltbush and myself are going to blitz the competition (maybe), not giving away any hints on what we are cooking but it will be tasty and unusual.
I have packed my thermal undies, woolly socks, heavy jacket and moleskin jeans, oh and a beanie, if it's anything like Sydney today it will be very bloody cold.

"Roadkill"....the camp oven food for which you are known and revered for :o Surely has to be somewhere on the menu 8-)

Think you have the clothing well sussed, our 6th. consecutive frost this morn, can be bloody cold Nymboida way.

I know SBB will have a supply of rum, but don't forget the efn good port for a nightcap ::)

Just for the record , we are now entered in a few categories and can enter more than one dish per category. We have ended up with a team of four, as that is the maximum of people allowed in one team.
Ive taken the liberty of entering us as
"Team COCIA"
Hopefully we can do the forum proud, and give back a little of what it has given us.
I'll be sure to take some Rum and a few Ports Mikel.
Looks like being cold , might even have to pack some shoes >:(
