I can get four of these in the Weber BabyQ but can only cook two at a time in the Bedourie camp oven.  Just a few ingredients and as easy as.

Ingredients
Sheet puff pastry
Ripe pear
Jam of choice
Icing Sugar

Method
Cut pastry into four.  Peal, quarter and thinly slice pear.  Place pear slices onto pastry leaving a nice border.  Into a hot oven for 20 to 25 minutes until crisp and brown.

Remove from oven and spread jam of your choice across the pear and leave to cool.

Dust with icing sugar before serving
