Bought a couple of bottles of infused oils the other day at Aldi.

Today used the Ginger & Lemongrass one to sear some prawns and scallops on high heat to go with a salad for dinner.

Wow, were they delicious. The extra lemon on the plate wasn’t needed.

Also bought the Garlic & Rosemary one. Should be great on a lamb roast.

Sounds good! Those scollops looked tasty. I can't touch the prawns but I love scollops.
