Made this little meatloaf today.
Boiled up some eggs, mixed some frozen mixed veggies with the turkey mince and another egg to bind it.
Placed some of the mix in a loaf tin, layered the eggs through the middle and piled the rest of the mix on top of the eggs.
Into the oven at 180 degrees for 50 minutes.
Now I suppose you are wondering why this is under general chat and not in the recipe section. Well, I actually made it for the dogs. ;D ;D ;D
Maggie says I am mad but I prefer eccentrically different. ::)
