A lot of people grew up on it and for me “Meat & Three Veg” still takes a lot of beating.

Weather was good tonight so fired up the Ozpig again for the lamb shoulder chops.

That looks YUM. The gravy looks good.
The love that saying Meat and three veg. another great saying was I escorted wide loads and go into the service station and the truck driver would order " A truckie breakfast" It was more like a feast than a breakfast.

I am on a low carb diet (doctors orders) so chops and green pees look good.
