Well I missed it completely so a late run to the shop for the necessities and tomorrow will be a Guinness Stew albeit made in beef and not the traditional mutton and a Soda Bread (damper like) to soak up all the juices.

If it’s a fine day I will cook outdoors and enter it in the challenge
