We have all known him as KD on the forum here.
Have had recent contact with him and now David is in the end stages of life and will soon be moving into palliative care at St Andrews Hospital.
He was struck down with prostate cancer several years ago and the operations he underwent were not successful and the cancer has spread to his lungs, colon and liver.
To use his words, “I am not good”.
KD was a very prolific writer on this forum and for me it was a very sad day to hear this latest.
He has given up all online writing now, still has a magnificent camp oven collection sitting out there that his son will inherit and is sadly waiting for his end to come.
